Booking terms and house rules
The Polish version of these house rules is the binding one. This translation is provided for convenience.
§1. Booking and payment
- Bookings can be made online only, via the property’s website.
- A valid payment card (credit or debit) must be provided to complete a booking.
- Three days before the scheduled arrival, the property pre-authorises the full booking amount on the guest’s card.
- If the pre-authorisation cannot be completed, the booking is cancelled automatically.
- The stay is settled by payment card on arrival.
§2. Arrival and quiet hours
- Check-in is possible between 2:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
- Quiet hours apply from 10:00 pm.
- If the guest does not arrive by 10:00 pm without notifying the property in advance, the full booking amount becomes due.
§3. Cancellation
- A booking can be cancelled free of charge until one day before the scheduled arrival at the latest.
- If a booking is cancelled on the day of arrival, the property may retain 100% of the value of the stay.
- In the event of a no-show, the full amount is charged or retained from the pre-authorisation.
- Where a pre-authorisation was made and the booking was cancelled in accordance with these rules, the funds are released.
§4. Pets
- Pets are permitted only when notified in advance and are subject to a fee of PLN 50 for the entire stay.
- If a pet is not declared, the property reserves the right to charge the guest’s card with that fee.
§5. No smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, inside the building and in the rooms.
- A breach results in a contractual penalty of PLN 500, charged to the guest’s card.
§6. Sales document – receipt / VAT invoice
- The guest must tell the property whether they require a fiscal receipt (paragon) or a VAT invoice (faktura VAT): either when booking online, or at check-in at the latest.
- A VAT invoice requires a tax number (NIP). Without a NIP, a fiscal receipt is issued.
- Once a fiscal receipt has been issued, a VAT invoice can no longer be issued afterwards.
- If a booking is cancelled without a NIP being provided, a fiscal receipt is issued.
§7. Liability
- The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage caused at the property.
- The property reserves the right to charge the guest’s card with the cost of repairing the damage.
§8. Final provisions
- These house rules form an integral part of the contract between the guest and the property.
- Matters not covered here are governed by the Polish Civil Code and applicable Polish law.
- These rules apply from the moment of their publication on the property’s website.
